I've been eating healthy foods a lot lately. I admit that having a south beach diet would be expensive but, I am trying my best to eat healthy. No canned goods, few fast foods and zero cokes. As in zilch! You ask me why? You might regret drinking after you read my valid reasons.

1. In many states the Highway Patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.

2. Coke can loosen a rusted bolt, clean corrosion, remove rusts, clean a toilet bowl and if you put a T-Bone steak in a bowl of coke, it will be gone in 2 days.

3. To carry Coca-Cola syrup, trucks must have a placard indicating that the truck is carrying Hazardous Material which is highly corrosive materials.

4. The active ingredient of Coke is Phosphoric acid. It will dissolve nails in 4 days and is a major contributor leading to osteoporosis.

Starting to live a healthy lifestyle is simple. Just avoid fast food and soft drinks first. Nothing more, nothing less.
